Pillars

             I think that our health could be compared to a house. When you build a home, you have to lay a foundation, and then you have to have support posts or pillars to hold the roof of the house up. Our foundation is how we take care of ourselves, your diet, sleep, stress management, and prayer. Then you have the four pillars of the corners of the house, your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. These four pillars hold up the roof that would be a good life if all are standing firm. You have to have all components working together to hold the roof up. The foundation must be firm. The pillars must be of equal size and must be free from any damage or eating away from termites. Then the roof will be held up firm and level, and no matter what comes your way, you won’t get wet. You will still go through storms, but you will be safe within your own house.
